Refund Eligibility
You can request a complete reimbursement in the first 24 hours after activation in the event:
- The service is not functioning according to the description, and our support team is unable to fix it.
- The technical issues have been proven to stem from our servers or the system.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@iptvbulgaria.org with your order number and reason for request.
- Our staff will review your claim and issue an reimbursement within two to five working days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- After 24 hours, requests are not accepted with no valid technical reasons
- Internet speed issues or problems with the router that are not our responsibility
- Failing to follow the setup instructions
- Account misuse or unauthorized sharing
Service Cancellation
You are able to cancel your account at any time. Your account is in effect until the current bill period has ended. No hidden fees, no penalties.
